What we know about you, and why.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the scale and nature of our processing does not require one. Privacy requests go to the address above and are handled by a person, not a queue.

• Order data: name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and country, order contents and order history.
• Enquiry data: whatever you type into the contact or custom order form, including the subject and message.
• Marketing data: your email address, if you subscribe, and whether you have opened or clicked our emails.
• Technical data: the pages you visit and basic device information, only where you have accepted measurement cookies.
• Guardian data: a guardian email address if you tell us at checkout that you are between 13 and 17.

We never receive your card details. Card data is entered on the encrypted page of a PCI DSS compliant payment service provider and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

We do not collect special category data, we do not profile you, and we make no automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

Marketing consent is always a separate tick box from placing an order. We will never bundle the two, and refusing marketing has no effect on your purchase.

• the carrier that delivers your parcel, which needs your name, address and phone
• the payment service provider, which processes the payment and shares only the outcome with us
• our hosting, email and database providers, acting as processors under contract
• our accountant, and the tax authorities where the law requires it

We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Write to us and we will tell you which applies to which provider.

Under the GDPR you may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• erase it, where we have no overriding legal reason to keep it
• restrict or object to our processing, including any legitimate-interest basis
• send it to you or another controller in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma, at garanteprivacy.it, or to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.

This store is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Shoppers aged 13 to 17 need the consent of a parent or guardian, and we ask for a guardian email address at checkout.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we hold data about a child, write to support@italiamoda.space and we will delete it.
